Well, well, well...

I'm back up in Brum for my exam retakes - it's not going very well to be honest. Well actually I suppose it depends on how you look at it - while I'm behind on my coursework for the retakes and I haven't done any serious revision, bearing in mind that my exams/deadlines are mon/tues/wed next week, I'm going to have to do some serious work to pass. I'm not good at doing serious work.

On a lighter note, at least I have some company - Andy is up for a couple of days to do his retakes and Robyn (One of my new housemates for next year - assuming I pass these exams) is living up here already. Also staying here is one of Robyn's friends, who also has retakes, and I've been getting on very well with her - problem is she's off to Spain for the whole of next year (which is why she's staying with Robyn - no house) so I can't see that one going very far.

Ah well, nobody ever said life was easy - and if they did they were either lying or one of those bastards for whom life is easy, in which case I want to kill them.

Father, it's been 13 days since my last confession...

And I'm not sorry in the slightest - I've been busy, see. Well actually that's not strictly true - I should have been busy working on my retakes, but I've actually be busy trying to think up valid excuses not to work on my retakes while trying to overcome the impending self-hatred generated by the ever more inevitable failing of said retakes. It's not going well.

Having said that, I have done some work and I think I might stand a chance of passing if I can just motivate myself to do some more work once in a while. Once I finish my retakes at the end of the month hopefully my life should get more interesting again - for a start I have a pubcrawl, a drunken LANparty and two 21st birthday parties to attend, which should go someway to making up for this relatively shitty summer.

...Or possibly something slightly less gay. Anyway, I will post a big update at some point, however, I've got shitloads going on in my life at the moment and I really don't have time to flex my ego - much as I might want to.

Give it a week, if I still haven't done anything, feel free to shout abuse at me - hell, maybe you could even start a hate site dedicated to me, it'd be nice to get some attention.
